Discovering the marvels of Ecuador from the Andes to the Coast is a fitting manner to summarize this incredible 9-days tour that begins on the beautiful Capital of Ecuador and visits the most fantastic natural and cultural sites in the norther, central and part of the southern Andean region of Ecuador.
Moreover, it is a great opportunity to share with local Indigenous Communities of the Highlands and learn about their everyday ways of living as their ancestors did for centuries. Experience the adrenaline of riding on board a restored locomotive by zig-zagging down “Devil’s Nose” to a secluded train station inside an Andean Valley.
Also visit the Inca vestiges of Ingapirca, picturesque Crater Lakes and moorland’s lagoons in a spectacular voyage surrounded by impressive snow-caped (some active) volcanoes along the famous “Route of the Volcanoes” until you reach the lowlands in the Coast Region passing by banana plantations with delightful weather until the largest city-port of Guayaquil is reached to finalize this incredible journey, which we recommend to complement with a 5 or 8-days cruise to the Enchanted Galapagos paradise.
