What to wear:

As you’ll be spending time at lower altitude it will be warmer in Mindo than in Quito, therefore a light jacket is recommended for this Ecuador travel experience. Although, as the cloud forest is prone to rain, a waterproof jacket is also a good idea. On your feet, you’ll need to wear comfortable walking boots or durable trainers.

Bring your bathing suit too, if you fancy a swim, and a spare pair of shoes in your backpack will always come in handy as it can get muddy.
